Tutus are not just for dancing!  You don't need a special reason to wear them!  Dress your little one up in one with t-shirts, shorts, leggings, or over jeans!  Our tutus are made with multiple yards of colored tule carefully attached to coordinating ribbon.  The ribbon waist is adjustable for little girls.  Make it fuller by cinching it, make it less full by spreading the tule apart.
